For over a decade, I have worked in international marketing and corporate branding across the IT and entertainment industries, leading global initiatives that united diverse teams around shared goals. These experiences taught me that effective leadership is not just about performance; it’s about connection, purpose, and the ability to inspire others to realize their full potential. As I became more aware of the need to link leadership with a deeper sense of purpose, I transitioned into coaching. Today, I collaborate with professionals and organizations across HR, technology, education, startups, and the nonprofit sector to support emerging leaders through career and life transitions. My coaching is grounded in self-awareness, resilience, and well-being, helping leaders align personal values with organizational goals and lead with authenticity and intent. My research at the University of Melbourne and the University of Manchester explores how collective leadership can drive systemic change in international development. This work continues to shape my belief that transformation begins with self-awareness and expands outward, connecting individual growth to collective progress and positive social impact.
At the heart of my work is the belief that true leadership is built on self-awareness and purpose. I’m passionate about creating safe, reflective spaces where leaders can explore their values and emotions openly, deepening the insight needed for meaningful growth. I draw on frameworks such as Systems Thinking, Positive Psychology, and Adaptive Leadership to navigate the complexity of today’s world while focusing on the human potential to change. Through experiential learning, I help cultivate emotional intelligence and psychological safety within individuals and teams, always tailoring my approach to each unique context.
I was drawn to LIW’s holistic and pragmatic approach to leadership development and its commitment to making workplaces more inclusive, engaging, and meaningful. My facilitation style is often described as empathetic, inclusive, and deeply reflective, focused on enabling growth through dialogue, connection, and shared learning. I am passionate about nurturing leaders who act authentically, sustainably, and with a sense of higher purpose, contributing to a better world for all.
