As a Project Manager at LIW, my focus is on creating a seamless and engaging experience for our clients and participants. With a caring and people-focused approach, I bring structure and organisation to every program, ensuring that delivery is smooth, efficient and aligned to our promise of being high impact and low maintenance. Building strong relationships and anticipating needs are central to my role, allowing me to support our consultants and clients with confidence and care.

I come to LIW with a background in project and program management, as well as learning and capability development, across a range of industries. Throughout my career, I have delivered initiatives that created meaningful outcomes by ensuring seamless end-to-end execution, building trusted stakeholder relationships, fostering collaboration, and maintaining open, effective communication. I thrive on shaping complex programs into clear, achievable outcomes that deliver value for both organisations and their people. What motivates me most is creating environments where people can thrive, combining a practical, results-oriented mindset with a passion for learning, growth, and positive change.
