My work is shaped by three core experiences. I have led teams as a sales leader, carrying responsibility not only for results but for trust, development, and people. I have worked in corporate HR, partnering closely with leaders on leadership and organisational development from within the system. And as an external consultant, facilitator, and coach, I have supported leaders and organisations across industries including retail, finance, and IT.

Today, as a professional facilitator, these experiences form the foundation of how I work with leaders and, organisations in moments of growth and change.

I love the moments when leaders turn the arrow inward, choosing reflection, choosing reflection, responsibility, and growth. Being present in those moments, and walking alongside leaders through that process, is what brings me the greatest sense of fulfillment.

My work is grounded in two core principles: Compass and Compassion. Compass refers to methodology, helping leaders clarify the why, what, and how behind their goals and decisions. Compassion reflects my commitment to staying close to leaders’ challenges and inner conflicts, and to patiently accompanying them as they navigate challenges and grow.
