I am dedicated to the pursuit of “state of being” in leadership, guided by my mission: transforming top-tier executives into world-class leaders. My career began in financial services and insurance, where I pioneered Japan’s first English-language sales and service team in the non-life sector, demonstrating strong cross-cultural leadership and innovation.

A defining influence on my approach is my decade-long service as a Pastor at one of Japan’s largest Protestant churches, grounding my work in servant leadership and deep interpersonal empathy. I further strengthened this foundation through formal theological studies at Tokyo Theological Seminary (2026). I later transitioned into corporate training and executive coaching, and since founding Heavenly LLC in 2024, I have worked with senior leaders across industries, including CEOs and Fortune 500 executives, supporting both personal transformation and measurable business outcomes. My ability to create psychological safety and enable open, high-level dialogue has been recognised by my professional partners.

I have coached and trained leaders across sectors including financial services, technology, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and transportation. As a certified Dale Carnegie Senior Trainer and Leadership Circle Profile Practitioner, I help leaders align their internal “being” with their external “doing” so they lead with both purpose and performance.

At the core of my work is a passion for executive coaching, supporting high-performing leaders who are looking to deepen their impact. I am most energised when leaders shift their focus from tactical “doing” to their fundamental “state of being,” as this is where meaningful and lasting transformation begins. Drawing on both senior-level business experience and a strong foundation in servant leadership, I bring a balanced perspective of performance and empathy into my coaching. This enables me to support leaders in navigating complexity while staying grounded in purpose, ultimately helping them lead with greater clarity, authenticity, and impact.

My key strengths include:

  • Creating Psychological Safety: I have been recognized as a master at creating an effortless atmosphere where leaders feel safe to engage in high-level, vulnerable dialogue.
  • Integrating "Being" and "Doing": I excel at helping leaders align their internal values and character with their external business strategies.
  • Cross-Cultural and Multi-Industry Versatility: With experience ranging from traditional Japanese conglomerates to Fortune 500 IT companies, I can bridge diverse corporate cultures with ease.

Ultimately, I am driven by the belief that when a leader grows in their "state of being," they don't just achieve better business results, they create a more human and flourishing environment for everyone they lead.

I chose to work with LIW because their commitment to global leadership excellence mirrors my own mission: "Transforming top-tier executives into world-class leaders."

Participants often describe me as a “master of psychological safety,” creating an effortless space for high-level, open dialogue. My style is both empathetic and calming, while still challenging leaders to reflect on the core of their leadership “state of being.”
