Having spent 20 years as a management consultant, supporting global resources organisations with strategic change and transformation, I understand the value of an aligned team with a clear and compelling purpose, and how to take practical steps to shape the culture, capability and ways of working to achieve this. I now enjoy working across a range of industries, including Energy, Finance, Insurance, Health, Education and Social Enterprise, supporting leaders to develop their leadership practice and grow their team culture and capability to ensure everyone can reach their potential, have a meaningful impact and achieve high performance together. I am an experienced coach, consultant and facilitator specialising in leadership, team development and culture transformation. I am enthusiastic about developing future-focused leaders and shaping connected, creative, and courageous teams that can bring the best of their strengths together to achieve collective success. I design and facilitate experiential leadership and team development programs and coach teams to embed and sustain change that will have a lasting impact. I am an IECL Organisational Coach, Gallup Strengths Coach, Everything DiSC Practitioner and hold a Certificate in Creative Leadership.

I enjoy working with leadership teams over time to support them through change and set them up for success with sustainable habits and practices. I enjoy watching teams grow, learn together, achieve milestones, and appreciate each other's strengths. I think I'm most fulfilled when working with strategic, future-focused leaders who are passionate about preparing their team for a rapidly changing future, by creating the conditions for their team to thrive and by growing future-ready capabilities like collaboration, creativity, resilience, and adaptability.

We all have unique natural talents and strengths to contribute to the world and that leaders have an incredible opportunity to unlock these within their team. I bring together insights on the future of work with fresh perspectives on the conditions for human flourishing and creativity, and regularly incorporate Positive Psychology, Gallup Strengths, Creative Leadership, and the Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team to inform the design of team culture and ways of working.
