The context
A leading global aviation services company had ambitious plans to continue raising the bar, responding to a rapidly changing operating environment and industry challenges with agility and resilience. The organisation identified a development gap within its senior leader population, recognising the critical role these leaders would play in delivering its new five-year strategy, building a strong leadership pipeline and reinforcing organisational culture.
Our approach
LIW designed and delivered a 10-month leadership experience, combining virtual learning with two immersive four-day workshops. The program integrated the organisation's Leadership Framework and was designed to create measurable workplace impact for leaders responsible for delivering the new five-year strategy. A team of four facilitators ensured consistent, high-energy delivery across all regions.
The lasting result
Leaders fundamentally changed how they approached leadership. Rather than solving problems themselves, they became better at creating the conditions for their teams to succeed through greater clarity, empowerment and accountability. These behavioural shifts strengthened collaboration across regions and functions, improved operational agility, and enabled leaders to focus more of their time on strategic priorities while developing the next generation of leaders.
"It creates real change. You can see a clear difference in how leaders think, act, and lead their teams." – Program participant, 2026 cohort
